Featuring 136 well-appointed hotel guest rooms, including a Penthouse suite, an award-winning spa, casual fine dining, and a year-round heated garden pool, as well as many unique onsite galleries and boutiques.


-Welcome & check in guests in our one of a kind lobby

-Articulate the story, inspiration and purpose of the property to our guests

-Provide knowledgeable recommendations for guests about hotel events, amenities, local attractions, restaurants, etc.

-Manage all aspects of our reservations system

-Upsell room types, dinner reservations & spa appointments

-Acknowledge special occasions with guests; weddings, birthdays, anniversary, etc. Providing room upgrades and amenities when applicable

-Answer the phone, make reservations, take and distribute messages or mail and redirect calls

-Respond to guest challenges and find the appropriate resolution in a professional and timely manner
